These pink and black wedding ideas inspired by my favorite brand, Kate Spade, are sure to put a smile on your face! ELD approved planner and designer, Stefany of The Majestic Vision, drew inspiration from the crisp colors, graphic prints, and playful sophistication that Kate Spade is known for to create this modern, elegant wedding design. Captured by Krystal Zaskey Photography, the result is unique and overflowing with fun, colorful wedding ideas!

Crisp colors, graphic prints and playful sophistication are the hallmarks of Kate Spade and served served as the inspiration for this elegant styled shoot. We infused the signature Kate Spade look throughout the shoot to bring our theme to life. From our fashionista bridesmaid to the domino game guest book and everything in between.
The classic elegance combined with the picturesque golf courses of Breakers West in West Palm Beach made it the ideal location. Our crisp colors of pink, purple and gold were accented with black and white graphic prints to create a fun color scheme. The lovely invitation suite created by Chirp Paperie perfectly represented the scheme. J Morgan Flowers created some incredible centerpieces utilizing orchids, hydrangea and roses with various lucite boxes and gold votives.
Atop a black glitter linen, sat gold chargers with gold flatware and crystal and green glassware. Each place setting was embellished with gold dot dinnerware, circle menu card and bottle of perfume with a note reading “love is in the air.” The table was surrounded by clear lucite chair with pink pillows to complete the look.
The incredible cake and tuxedo strawberries expertly crafted by Breakers West bakers continued the playful Kate Spade theme with gold glitter topper, cascading gold glitter design and graphic ribbon. Guests could help themselves to strawberries using the adorable Kate Spade treat bags.

I just love the modern design and the pink and black color palette! So perfect for a chic, sophisticated wedding, don’t you think?

Modern and romantic, this blush and red wedding captured by Jeannine Marie Photography is full of happiness and beauty! The bride and groom Tracey and Jason braved the Minnesota winter for a few outdoor portrait shots, but their indoor reception filled with lush florals in shades of blush and red accented by gold sequins is what stole the show! Tracey is here with us today sharing more about her wedding day…

What (or who) helped you most in your planning process and/or on your wedding day?

Through the wedding planning process my husband was definitely a life saver in planning. After him I would say our amazing wedding planner Kristin from Simply Elegant made our day what it was. She exceeded our expectations and we had a completely smooth wedding day!

What was the most important thing to you when deciding who to work with for your wedding?

I wanted to feel like whether we spent $1,000 or $100,000 that we were just as important. I wanted someone to know that our wedding day was the most important day of our lives so far.

What was your inspiration for your wedding details and/or design?

Our inspiration was elegant yet practical. We wanted people to feel to notice the beauty of everything yet not feel out of place.

What was your favorite thing about your wedding?

My favorite thing was the way my husband looked at me during our ceremony… I will never forget that.

What is your best piece of advice for other brides?

Don’t take yourself too seriously. It’s the most wonderful day of your life but you want to remember it. I started my day with yoga with my girls and felt that it set the tone for a calming yet amazing day!

How great are those sequin linens?! I love that Tracey and Jason wanted a balance of elegance and comfort when it came to their wedding- I think they definitely achieved it!

This elegant lavender and white wedding, planned by The V List members Liz & Lex Events and shot by photographer Chris Kruger, took place in Delray Beach Florida at the historic Sundy House, a quaint tropical garden boutique hotel. Jeanette and Andre wanted an intimate setting to celebrate their love with close family and friends, and this location was absolutely perfect for them, making them feel as if at an intimate dinner party, surrounded by a tropical paradise – perfection if you ask me!
