New Year’s Eve is for EPIC parties, and it’s so clear Meghan and Kyle invited their friends and family to a wedding no one is soon to forget! Kyle’s family always throws a New Year’s Eve party, and Meghan and Kyle met on NYE in 2007 (…she may have crashed the party when they met). The pair have been inseparable ever since, so a New Year’s Eve wedding day was simply the only logical choice when it came to reciting their vows and celebrating with their guests.

Meghan and Kyle planned a wedding complete with the prettiest palette. Meghan wore a gorgeous Rivini gown that was perfect for the occasion (just wait until you see it on her!), and her bridesmaids looked lovely in dusty blue. Bouquets and centerpieces were filled with ivory florals, and the ceremony arch is one of my favorite winter wedding details…ever. Once they were officially Mr. and Mrs., our favorite, V List Member DJ Jacob Towe, made sure the dance floor remained packed for the entire night. The JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes was created into the ultimate setting to welcome 2016, but we expect nothing less when An Affair to Remember plans the soiree!

We’re tossing confetti in honor of M+K and V List Member Kristen Weaver Photography who captured all of the FUN this pair and their guests had! Happy 2017, friends!

An Elegant Philadelphia New Year’s Eve Wedding

Tonia of Aribella Events is behind all of the elegant beauty you will see throughout Kelsey and Jason’s epic New Year’s Eve wedding celebration. The pair met at in Wilmington, Delaware at a minor league baseball game for the River Rocks, and their reception was held within walking distance of their first meeting place at the Chase Center on the Riverfront.

Because Tonia is not only a planner but also a florist, she designed centerpieces that paired orchids together with candles and clocks set to 11:59. April of April Lynn Designs created all of the fantastic stationery, including the unplugged wedding sign and the most creative table numbers (they featured New Year’s Resolutions that the couple brainstormed throughout the year together and with their guests). A black, white, and silver palette filled the room, the dance floor was packed for the entire night with all of K + J’s favorite people, and balloons dropped at midnight.

It’s safe to say, we’re so grateful Tonia planned such a special day and sent it our way. Make sure to not miss any of the moments captured by Catherine Coons Photography. Welcome to elegant and energy-filled Delaware, friends!
