A Romantic Blush Key West Wedding

Chris and Kristina are both avid readers, so a Key West wedding at The Earnest Hemingway Home was perfect for their romantic and intimate day! They infused their love for literature into their wedding day even more by giving a book by one of their favorite authors to each of their wedding guests as favors. Now THAT is an amazingly personal touch! A color palette of blush and white and an impeccably romantic, garden inspired design created an absolutely gorgeous day, and Care Studios captured it all perfectly!

What (or who) helped you most in your planning process and/or on your wedding day?

Our wedding planner, Peggy Russell, from Destination Wedding Studio helped us plan and prepare our wedding the most. We put our trust in her and let her work her magic.

What was the most important thing to you when deciding who to work with for your wedding?

The most important thing when deciding who to work with was that they came highly recommended and were easy to correspond with since we were planning across such distance.

What was your inspiration for your wedding details and/or design?

We provided a very brief glimpse of our inspiration to our wedding planner at Destination Wedding Studio focusing on shades of blush and a garden theme. From that she created the our magical day and it was better than we could have imagined.

What was your favorite thing about your wedding?

Our favorite thing about our wedding was how intimate and special it was for our families. We were all able to sit at one table and celebrate together. The celebration caused us no stress – it was pure joy! Also, the center piece on the table was beautiful!

What is your best piece of advice for other brides?

My best piece of advice for other brides is to trust someone to worry about the details and spend the time enjoying the engagement and all the celebrations. I was so thankful to have Peggy and all the vendors she helped us select to take care of the details, so that I could enjoy the time – because it passes so quickly!

Berry Inspired Wisconsin Wedding

I think today’s feature is the prettiest Wisconsin wedding the state has ever seen! Simply put, Gretchen and James glow when they are together. They shared such a sweet first look, and he even proposed to her again during the ceremony because he didn’t ask her to marry him while on one knee the first time. It’s such a thoughtful detail and a priceless moment!

Aside from their joy as a couple, G+J’s wedding was also stunning because of the venue, florals, and colors. Villa Bellezza created the perfect setting for a winery wedding, and the berry bridesmaid dresses and bouquets (y’all, these bouquets – I can’t even!) fit the vision perfectly. We all cannot thank Leah Fontaine Photography enough for capturing such marvelous photos (the couple’s portraits!) and sending so much pretty to us to share with you!

I think you are going to LOVE today’s autumn industrial wedding inspiration designed by Ever After Vintage Weddings! The Tampa, Florida based team was inspired by macrame, florals, and bright colors, like marigold and blue, that still rang true to the season. I was immediately inspired by the floral invitations designed by Citrus Press Co. The florals are so pretty they need to be framed, and I love how the details extend into the marigold envelope and floral liner to create a complete experience. The fabulous details continued throughout the rest of the shoot, too. The bride wore a swoon-worthy crop top dress complete with lace, and I cannot even begin to explain the flowers designed by Marigold Flower Co. except to say they are perfection for this boho-industrial look! Between the color palette and geometric details, it’s safe to say there is so much to pin from the photos Sarah & Ben captured at Ivy Astoria!
