A Colorful Eclectic South Carolina Wedding

Caroline and Kyle’s South Carolina wedding took place at Wavering Place Plantation, located just outside of Columbia. Their celebration was filled with colorful florals, an eclectic mixture of personal details (the two refer to each other as Weezie, so their cake topper is a weasel couple), cafe lights hung beneath magnolia trees, and a serious array of Southern staples perfect for a foodie couple. We’re so thrilled for you to see more of their soiree designed and planned by Meagan Warren Weddings and captured magnificently by Liz Roberts Photography!

While Caroline and Kyle’s wedding details are amazing, the story of how they met is what has stuck in my heart: While working for the same company, Caroline’s father bonded with Kyle over their mutual love of bluegrass music. Convinced that Kyle should meet his daughter, Caroline’s father introduced the two and the relationship was meant to be! Naturally, blue grass music by The Mustache Brothers was proudly played at the couple’s nuptials as an ode to what will always tie the two together and to honor Caroline’s father who sadly passed away before the duo tied the knot.

This is such a beautiful celebration of life and love, and we are so honored to have shared Caroline and Kyle’s day with you!
