A combination of vintage and eclectic style paired with a fresh, bright color palette of green and pale pink make for some absolutely amazing wedding inspiration from Sarah Postma Photography and Pretty Little Details! These green wedding ideas are gorgeous, and they’re as refreshing as a breath of fresh spring air…
From Jennifer of Pretty Little Details:
New Jersey is the garden state, but you wouldn’t always guess it based on the representation in pop culture. In reality, New Jersey is full of beautiful gardens and parks that are hidden all over the state. One of my favorites is Sayen Gardens which is located in central New Jersey. There are so many cute spots which were the perfect backdrop for our Going Green styled shoot.
We wanted to incorporate emerald green with various shades of green and softened the palette with a light blush pink. The main aesthetic of the shoot was vintage so we worked with Erica from Rustic Charm to find the perfect green mantel for our ceremony setup. For the flowers, we choose blooms that had lots of texture…light green celosia, green roses and light green amaranthus were the perfect fit.
I love the use of green and how it gives a beautifully fresh garden feel to everything! The hints of pink are perfect, and I just love the bride’s eclectic green dress!
So what do you think? Are any of you using green as one of your wedding colors?
