Vendor of the Week: Stephanie Ascari Photography

This week’s Vendor of the Week is a lovely Washington DC based photographer, Stephanie Ascari! I’ve had the opportunity to meet Stephanie a few times in my travels to DC, and I can attest that a) she is the sweetest person ever and b) she knows her photography! :) In fact, she even took photos of my family during our last trip to DC! I thought it was about time to introduce Stephanie to you all! I’ll let her take it from here…

Why do you see yourself as being Modern, Vintage, Classic, or Eclectic?

I define my photography style as fine art. Classic compositions, clean lines and pure color are consistent in my work.

What is your favorite wedding detail you’ve ever seen or created?

I always love the addition of a donut food truck parked outside at the end of a reception!

What is your favorite store or brand?

Tory Burch/J Crew

What is your favorite thing about weddings?

My favorite part of weddings is the getting ready time. The emotions are so pure.

What qualities do you possess that enable you to work well with brides and grooms?

I insist on getting to know my clients. Through questionnaires and complimentary engagements sessions I stress the importance of having a relationship. thru that also comes exceptional service and attention.
