Bob and Teresa’s backyard wedding was held at Bob’s parents’ house, nestled along the Indian River on Florida’s east coast. The simple vintage style was highlighted throughout the design of the day, from the bride’s bouquet mixing lavender and a collection of beautiful brooches, to vintage furniture and the history of love behind their “family tree.” They collected twigs and vines from a hurricane that hit their area just a couple weeks before their wedding day, and created wreaths to add to their decor.
The attention to detail in their design created the perfect classic vintage style, and Lisa Marshall Photography captured so much beauty and joy as they celebrated their day. Seriously, it is hard to find a photo of this bride and groom where their smiles aren’t stretching from ear to ear, and we’re so excited to start our week off sharing their day with you!
We just love this couple’s sweet Southern vintage style and fun details they incorporated into their day. The fun bar setup, the clever “family tree,” and the oreo “cake” are definitely some of our favorites in their design, and we love how their personality and simple style really shined through in every detail of their day.
