Happy Friday! I felt like doing something a little different today and starting the day off with this gorgeous engagement session by Driver Photo! I love it that they made a date out of their whole session… going on a little walk, carving their initials into a tree, and then stopping for a little picnic and some music!
Ā How adorable are these two? And how gorgeous are the images by Driver Photo?!
What do you all think of their “date-for-a-photo-session”? If you’ve already done your engagement photos, what did you do? Or what are you planning on doing?
Vendors who made it all happen…

Thanks so much for such a great feature, lauren! XXOO—the Drivers :)
I’m actually doing my e-session tonight! My fiance and I are going to Daytona Beach to meet my photographer for the first time.
Our wedding is actually in Arkansas where my fiance is from and we are doing another engagement session there next week since we’re driving up to meet all our vendors.
But my photographer plans to move to FL in the future and just happens to be here now so we’re doing two shoots. Tonight will be a laid back beach shoot so I have a piece of home with me when we officially move to Arkansas after our wedding. And then next week, we’ll be doing the date theme.
We’ll stop at a coffee shop, do a a picnic in the park and walk along the river in Little Rock.
I think the Date themed shoot is perfect. It allows for more natural shots, which I also appreciate much more being a wedding photographer myself.
