When each and every detail of a wedding is so on point and lovely, it’s always difficult to choose a favorite. However, escort cards always rank high on my list! The obvious reason for escort cards is to indicate each guest’s table; however, they also present a great opportunity to tie in your wedding’s overall design. Plus when a guest spots their name on a card or board, it never fails to make them feel personally welcomed.

Before you dive into 15 of my favorite escort card ideas, I thought I would offer a few quick tips! First off, organizing your escort cards in alphabetical order makes it far easier for guests to spot their names- it’s really the only way you should ever have your escort cards or seating chart arranged! Also, make sure your gift table is close by. Often times guests will want to find their escort card and drop off your gift when they first arrive at your wedding. Now on to my favorites organized by wedding style!

Accent a large chalkboard at your rustic wedding with a few florals, or opt for corks if you’re hosting your wedding at a vineyard…
