Rebecca and Jay exchanged their vows in a Virginia wedding overlooking the Potomac River at the rustic barn venue, Riverside on the Potomac. Their chic rustic wedding style was paired with vibrant tones of tangerine and green, with florals of rich textures and hues.

We love all of the fun details that Roberts & Co. Events pulled together for this couple. The cocktail hour was hosted right outside the large barn where the guests later enjoyed the reception. We love that they incorporated personal details in the design starting at the cocktail hour. They featured an Orangina bar for the groom, and we love how they created a gallery wall on the side of the barn featuring family portraits with the seating assignments mixed in.

We absolutely love this beautiful barn, and we think their vibrant style made a big impact in the space! Rebecca and Jay wanted a mix of Southern California traditions from the bride, paired with the groom’s Maryland heritage, and we feel like they achieved that with this design concept. The richness of the barn wood was softened by the colorful patterned table linens, tall candelabra centerpieces and the elegant table settings. We absolutely love the large King’s table that ran through the center of the space. It created the most beautiful focal point for the reception, don’t you agree?

We’re excited to bring you some major floral wedding inspiration today. With a floral color palette including peaches, corals, lavender, and plum, Celebrate Dallas incorporated just about every floral hue into the large garden style arrangements that were the focus of this inspiration. From the arrangements to the bouquet and floral crown, this bride is quite the floral goddess.

For this collaboration, this creative team scaled down the typical styled shoot and create something super romantic and intimate. With just a model, a beautiful dress, and flowers everywhere, they created inspiration for the bold, fearless bride who isn’t afraid of larger than life flowers saturated with color.

We love that they chose a minimal space and a simple, romantic bridal style to compliment the standout blooms. The bride wore a gown from Lovely Bride with a full, cloud-like skirt and fitted bodice with the perfect amount of peekaboo lace. Her undone updo of delicate twists, by Styling by Macey, and a mauve smokey eye and subtle lip by makeup artist Erika Curry, anded the perfect touch of style to the soft and romantic vibe.

Hilary of Shay & Olive captured every moment and detail so beautifully in her bright, white studio, The Lumen Room. We think the talent of this entire team created some serious magic!

We love that they chose to keep the space minimal, and maintain a neutral color palette to really allow the blooms steal the show. We hope you enjoyed your little floral escape for the day!

Sarah and Jason hosted their intimate Captiva Island wedding at the gorgeous South Seas Island Resort. Sara’s parents have a home on Captiva Island, and they knew it would be the perfect place to celebrate with family and friends.

With a stunning view, and a salty ocean breeze, the setting couldn’t have been more gorgeous. They chose a color palette of purples and mixed metals, and we love the variety and texture that was incorporated throughout the design. One of our favorite features was the plant wall, which is a fun update to the traditional boxwood wall. With pops of pineapples, lush greenery with bold blooms, and a romantic candlelit dinner, we love how this evening of celebration came together, and you couldn’t have asked for more beautiful images captured by Hunter Ryan Photo.

Kelly McWilliams Weddings & Celebrations helped blend the couple’s vision of rich hues and a speakeasy feel for their wedding day and executed it beautifully with hints of island elegance mixed in.

We’re thrilled that Sara, the lovely bride, shared a few details regarding what she and Jason drew inspiration from for their wedding day.

We were so excited to gather our families together in paradise and celebrate our marriage! We had been together for almost eight years and couldn’t wait to finally be husband and wife! We had a blended Jewish and Christian interfaith ceremony at Sunset Cove at South Seas Resort. For dinner, we knew we would like it to be lively and full of conversation and candlelight! We both love hues of purple- inspired by amethyst, and mixed metals. We were inspired by speakeasies and a vintage, romantic atmosphere as well as the island setting of Captiva itself.

I know we don’t always pause to love on the portrait portion of the wedding day, but I think those definitely deserved some attention, don’t you? We love that this couple took some time to embrace the beauty of their destination, and we are taken by the emotion we feel as we scroll through these moments!

We’re excited to be continuing our stationery series highlighting V List stationery designers and some of our favorite wedding invitations that they’ve created!

Today, we bring you this colorful modern suite created by Emily of Feathered Heart Prints. Based in North Carolina, Feathered Heart Prints offers stationery collections that satisfies a variety of styles, as well as custom design options. We love that she strives to highlight the personality of the couple she’s designing for, whether that is fun and quirky, simple and modern, or traditional elegance, she’s got you covered! The fun and playful feel of this suite is absolutely contagious, and Kimbrough Daniels did an awesome job capturing the fun details that Emily created.

From Emily:

The Amelia Suite was easily one of the most playful designs that I have done yet. I loved getting to combine geometric shapes with soft, pretty colors. I think the way that the calmness of the colors balances the modern geometric elements just make the suite so much fun, but still sophisticated. When I designed this suite I had a fun, playful couple in mind. When a guest receives this invitation, they know they can expect a true celebration!

Whether you are looking for something a little more traditional or with a modern flair, Emily has pre-made styles that suit many tastes. Not finding the perfect pieces, no worries, she also creates custom designs that are sure to make a statement as your guests open them.
