Details don’t need to be over the top to be beautiful and impactful, and this minimalist concept created a beautiful base for these romantic ethereal wedding ideas. We love that Inna Olimpiuyk of Still Floral and Lana Ponomarenko Photography came together to create this simplistic style with meaningful whitespace, really allowing the florals to take center stage.

Here is a little more insight form Inna regarding the design choices for this look.

“The concept and inspiration was derived from creating something very minimalistic with a mix of muted tones, some fresh colors and lots of texture. It was very important for our Bride to wear a simple, elegant gown with modern lines. The table was set with layers of different linens, ceramic plates, clear glassware, lit candles for warmth and ikebana inspired table arrangement. As a floral company, the color palette was very important to create a warm ambiance with all white surroundings. Bridal bouquets were created with lots of textural and delicate petals to enhance its tones.”

We love the organic and whimsical style of the floral designs, and definitely feel like they held their own in the simplicity of this minimalist style.

Postponed due to a hurricane on their original wedding date, Ian and Lindsey’s rescheduled Florida wedding day offered a beautiful January day and a full tent as they celebrated their marriage with family and friends.

Simple details really wowed with this couple’s wedding style. We love the elegant charm of their tented wedding, and the lounges that welcomed guests as they enjoyed cocktail hour. Our favorite detail- the walls of copper mugs with guests names! We love how so many of the guests used these throughout the evening to hold their libation of choice!

It is clear that the postponing of this celebration did nothing but build the anticipation for this couple and their guests–the dance floor remained packed, the drinks flowed, and the evening was full of the biggest smiles and laughter we could imagine!

A historic venue and a hint of paradise created the most romantic design at The Capen House at the Polasek for these tropical wedding ideas. When creating this session, this Central Florida vendor team wanted an elegant tropical feel, and we definitely think they achieved it!

The floral designs from Cloud 9 Wedding Flowers were really the star of the show. Colorful florals and large monstera leaf details pulled the tropical style together, while the bright beauty and historic charm of the space, along with the heightened table style, added to the elegance of this look. And of course, we love the champagne popsicle bar cart for a nice refreshing treat for guests! Emma Shourds Photography captured it all, and we think you’re going to love these tropical Florida designs!

We love that they chose to showcase two contrasting bridal looks within this design. The dresses, from Calvet Couture Bridal, carried their own standalone beauty, but we love how they showed the versatility of the overall wedding style.

An intimate destination wedding on the island of Maui was the perfect way for Brandon and Brianna to celebrate their wedding day. Melissa McClure Photography captured this beautiful couple along with the beauty of the island as they partied the night away at Olowalu Plantation House, Maui among family and friends.

With a rustic style and a hint of vintage details, we love this couple’s classic style. Pops of pink florals by Sunya’s Flowers adorned the lace runners on wood farm tables, all while guests enjoyed a gorgeous evening under the twinkle lights and stars. We hope you enjoy the special moments and simple details that made Brandon and Brianna’s day so special, and don’t miss the behind the scenes that this lovely bride has shared with us!

What was the most important to the two of you while planning? Was there anything that you chose to splurge on or skip?

The most important thing to us was incorporating Jesus Christ in our ceremony. He will not only be with us individually throughout our lives, but with us in our marriage as well. He is the epitome of love and will always be the foundation upon which we stand. He needed to be the center of our commitment to one another. As for the aesthetics, wine barrels and farm tables were important to me. They really helped bring in the vintage laid back vibe I was going for.

What were your favorite parts of the day?

Seeing my dad for the first time and my mom helping me get ready. Praying with our guests during the ceremony. Brandon and my first dance. Brandon dancing with his mom and sister. Everyone dancing! Oh my gosh, my dress got thrashed!

What (or who) helped you most in your planning process and/or on your wedding day?

My mom and Cherise!!! Love them both. Cherise was a fabulous wedding planner and my mom is a saint for being so patient with helping me. Planning a destination wedding can become overwhelming, so it’s important to let certain things go and realize what the wedding is really about. My mom and Cherise made it possible for me to focus on what really matters by taking on all the stress. And a HUGE thank you to both my parents and Brandon’s mom for making this wedding a possibility.

Do you have any advice for couples planning their weddings now?

Relax. It’s not about the wedding. The wedding is wonderful but it’s fleeting. Remember what the day is really about. Sit back and actually take it in. It’s only a moment, but what’s behind the moment is what you should focus on.

It is clear to us that this couple embraced the moments as they celebrated their wedding day, and what an incredible party that ensued as the evening wore on. Congrats Brandon and Brianna on a beautiful start to your marriage!
