A Yellow & Navy Beach Wedding

I recently realized that it’s been a while since I featured a wedding that I’ve *actually* physically worked on, and so today I give you Anne and Vance’s yellow and navy spring wedding! Anne and Vance’s wedding took place at the Sirata Beach Resort in St. Petersburg in April. The weather was perfect (which is hard to come by in Florida), and the decor was absolutely amazing- of course because it was done by MMD Events (the company I work with here in Tampa and also an {ELD} Sponsor To Love)! The head table centerpieces are pretty awesome. The fabulous Limelight Photography was there to capture all of the details, and so now I’m able to give you (finally) Anne and Vance’s yellow and navy wedding!

So, what do you guys think of the yellow and navy? I think it’s one of THE most fun color palettes. Modern, preppy, chic- it can be just about anything that you want it to be! It’s all in how you display the details. I’m still (months later) in awe of the huge “growing garden” centerpieces that the MMD Events owner/floral designer, Amanda, created. I agree! Yellow and navy are fab together, especially corresponding with a fresh, nautical beach theme. I’m definitely spying those glam centerpiece trees…those are just divine.

The yellow and navy are gorgeous together! I really like the different perspectives the photographer shot from – my favorite is the bride at the balcony with the sun shining on her right!

Love it! The pop of yellow is great! The mantilla branches are gorgeous… definitely mimicks driftwood, which is perfect for beach wedding decor. Loving the flowers and details too. Beautiful! :)

I just love the way the navy and yellow work together as a color combination. The darker navy really brings out the wonderful brightness of the yellow.
