I hope everyone had a terrific 4th of July weekend! I spent the weekend in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with my family, and let me tell you- it was the absolute best way to spend our nation’s “birthday”. Surrounded by the amazingness of nature, combined with our first family vacation in years, we were certainly reminded to cherish life, each other, and happiness in general!

Which brings me to today’s Texas wedding from McCarthy Studios. There’s no better time than a wedding to cherish all things in life, but this wedding in particular stood out. Reason #1: Going along with the “Patriotic” theme of this weekend, the groom is a marine. Reason #2: The emotion that you can see in the video and the photos is like none other. Reason #3: The green color used in the wedding totally reminded me of the trees in Colorado!

McCarthy Studios submitted both photos and the video to me, and I think the video speaks volumes, just as great video does! I’ve included a few detail photos, but you MUST watch the video- the details are great in it, and it’s so absoultely heartwarming!

I love their theme of “He makes all things beautiful in his time.” It clearly meant something to the bride and groom, and that is the absolute best way to come up with a “theme” for a wedding! A big thanks to McCarthy Studios for sharing the video and photos from this wedding!
