I love color in weddings, and purple and green is a favorite, mostly because it’s so unexpected together. Yes, it goes really well with the peacock feathers, but the good thing about it is that you don’t have to use the peacock feathers everywhere to get a great look from the purple and green. This wedding from Ayres Photography uses purple and green beautifully, plus the reception was in an amazing venue, Asbury Hall, which used to be a huge stone church!

Wow, that is definitely an awesome venue! (It’s in Buffalo, NY if you’re wondering!) I love that they were able to incorporate the peacock feathers into decor without having them ALL over the place. Sometimes the feathers can be overkill, but this wedding had just the right amount! A big thank you to Ayres Photography for sharing this beautiful wedding with us! :)
