Let’s start off this week with a gorgeous pink, gray, and ivory wedding from Captured Photography by Jenny, shall we? Pink and gray is quite possibly one of my favorite color combinations, and it was perfect for this classic and elegant wedding. And I have some wonderful insight from the bride Stefanie for you all to go along with this beauty of a wedding!
What (or who) helped you most in your planning process and/or on your wedding day?
Sticking with an idea (a simple and elegant wedding with our colors: silver and ivory with a touch of pink) and realizing that I couldn’t do everything that I saw and liked or I’d lose the idea in chaos.
What was the most important thing to you when deciding who to work with for your wedding?
I relied heavily on reviews online and suggestions from people I knew. Of course, I also wanted to enjoy the company of the people I would be working with over the course of the planning process, so I factored that in too.
Did any of your vendors do anything special for you before, on, or after your wedding day that you would like to share?
I certainly would say that I highly appreciated their suggestions and support during the process and on the wedding day. Specifically, my photographer, Jenny (Captured by Jen), was very helpful while we were getting ready, helped me stay calm on the way to the ceremony, and was very good at balancing the fact that we only had that time to get the photos to capture memories of a lifetime with the understanding that we should spend time actually enjoying the day as it unfolded. My florist, Feel the Flowers by Gio, also was extremely helpful with guiding me toward decor that would both keep me within my budget and satisfy the look I wanted to achieve.
I just absolutely LOVE that cake with all the bling! I mean, it’s not an elegant wedding without bling, right? :) A huge thank you to Stefanie for sharing insight about her wedding with us, and to Captured Photography by Jenny for sending this beautiful wedding our way!

This was a beautiful wedding and I love the color combination of pink and grey as well. I love the shoes, the cake and the flowers.
Loved the stripped vests and bowties! And those orchids in the bouquests were just perfect.
That escort board is so smart and different from we see a lot on blogs. And her bouquet is gorgeous!
Thanks for featuring Stef and Tony’s day! It was a pleasure to be a part of and it is nice to see it represented so well here :)
super pretty + classic!
I really like grey – it’s such a versatile accent color.
I love the simplicity and romantic feeling of the photos. You know, it looks perfectly great to see those lovely smiles drawn on their faces. The wedding looks Grand without being over dramatic. It’s just elegant!
Loving the brides shoes and her bouquet with the added bit of bling. I really love adding sparkle to the flowers.
