Stylish Florida Black, White, and Yellow Wedding

Today’s real wedding from Leigh Taylor puts an awesome twist to the traditional black and white. Using an accent color to go along with black and white infuses a bit of fun and style into any wedding. Take a look at the bridesmaid dresses- I love when a pattern is used, and paired with the yellow bouquets, they look awesome!

I just love the use of yellow as an accent color. Of course yellow is one of my favorite colors, but any color thrown in with black and white is awesome. And the patterns used on the table, paired with the simple centerpieces provides a lot more style than either would have been on their own. Thank you for sharing this awesome wedding with us Leigh!

Inspiration Board: Chic Aqua & Gray

If you haven’t figured out that I love any color paired with gray, well, you should by now. I created this sort of as an inspiration board specific to Every Last Detail, since the colors of the site are somewhat aqua and gray. (While making this board, I realized that I’ve yet to see a wedding with the color palette of aqua and gray. I’m sure there’s been one, so if you’ve seen it, please send it to me!)

The awesome thing about aqua and gray is that it can be used for just about any wedding, and that can all be thanks to the wonderful color of gray. Whether it’s a beach wedding or a ballroom wedding, anything with gray is going to be absolutely chic and gorgeous!

So I finally did another video blog! I recently went to Making Things Happen, and in a nutshell have basically rediscovered my love and purpose for blogging about weddings. And so I digress….

A little rusty and not the best quality, I know, but totally 100% me (and I spared you from the 11 minute video that I recorded when I got home from MTH)! I hope you guys are as excited as I am for new and exciting things happening on Every Last Detail! :)

This Florida wedding took place in Windermere and was photographed by the awesome Amanda McMahon. She did an amazing job at capturing the light in her photos, which in my book is the absolute best! This wedding shows that a simple wedding can be absolutely gorgeous. Sometimes all a wedding needs is a little bit of color and lots of love.

Hydrangea work wonders for bouquets and centerpieces, and they’re the perfect flower for a “garden” wedding. Thank you so much for sharing this wedding with us Amanda!
