Classic Yellow and Blue Florida Beach Wedding

Courtney and Spencer celebrated their marriage with an elegant Florida beach wedding. They said their vows on the beach at the Ritz-Carlton Beach Club and then jumped onto a historic Sarasota trolley to their reception at The Concession Golf and Country Club. The back lawn at the club was transformed with an elegant clear tent and cozy lounge areas. A blue and yellow color palette provided a bold pop of color to the design of their day, while personal touches made their celebration extra special- including a whiskey bar, cigar station, and cinnamon rolls that the bride and groom love. As favors, Courtney and Spencer bottled honey from their beehive (seriously though, how cool is that?!?), and added handwritten thank you notes on each one for their guests to take home. They had the perfect balance of a destination Florida wedding with special touches from their home in the mid-west.

With so many details and personalized touches, NK Productions did an incredible job pulling them all together to really showcase the personalities of this couple, and Esther Louise Photography did not miss a single beat in capturing all of the fun elements they planned for their day. We cannot wait for you to see!

We just love that these two really focused on creating a wedding experience for their guests, and did an incredible job incorporating their hobbies and talents into the day. From the choreographed tap routine to the honey jar favors, they allowed their guests to be a part of their lives and love story.

The stationery suite is an often overlooked element in the wedding design, however, it can set the style and tone for the entire day. The invitation design served as the main inspiration behind these navy, teal, and white eclectic geode and geometric wedding ideas. V List member Amber Veatch Designs created this beautiful eclectic style by taking a small detail and transforming it into a full on wedding style, and we absolutely love the result. The Ganeys captured this bold design and all of the fun details in the most beautiful way.

Metallic terrariums and the hexagonal shape carried throughout many of the details, and can be seen from the invitation and ceremony accents, to the escort display and one of our favorite details, the wedding cake topper! The geometric theme created a cool compliment to the industrial space at CL Space, and the exposed brick added to the cool tones of the design. We love the bold blue tones and metallic color palette that flowed through this entire design, and we can’t wait for you to see!

Every detail of this inspiration came to life in so many ways, and we love that you can really see how this cohesive design carried through even the smallest elements of the day. A fun little idea that we loved is to greet guests with a colorful signature cocktail, and the blueberry mojitos featured in this look are super fun and festive with their rich color and the rosemary and blueberry garnish providing a perfect finishing touch. Wish this inspiration was reality, because it looks like the perfectly refreshing delight!

Planning a wedding when you don’t live in the same city you’re getting married in can be difficult, but it can be even more of a challenge when you live across an ocean. Andy and Elise live in England, but traveled to Elise’s hometown to celebrate their marriage with a San Diego wedding. While they did all of their planning overseas, they were able to rely on the help of Elise’s mother to help coordinate the details that needed some in-person attention.

We love how this couple combined elegant textures (can we talk about those pink cocktail linens!) and vintage touches with masculine nods, such as farm tables to accent the wood details of their venue. Melissa McClure Photography photographed the incredible joy of the day, and we love how she was able to capture the sweetest, most intimate moments between this couple.

We love how their colors were also accented in their bridal portraits by capturing photos at their getting ready location, La Valencia, with the soft pink walls and intimate nooks to hide out in. We’re suckers for good bridal portraits, and these are oh so lovely!

Amanda Day Rose created a gorgeous stationery suite calligraphed by Hello Love Events, featuring soft peach envelopes and raw edged paper, and the whimsical organic bouquet adds the perfect attention to detail to pull off this elegant spring inspiration.

We are totally loving the collaboration between Hello Love Events and Amanda Day Rose as they parlayed their skills in numerous ways, and really complimented each other’s work with everything they created. We are thrilled to share the work of these two, captured so very beautifully by Terri Baskin Photography.

Every element truly blended in the perfect way to create a beautifully cohesive style. Mixing spring elegance with rustic touches really complimented the look by adding masculine details to a typically feminine look, and we love it!
