Vintage Modern Florida Estate Wedding

Vintage and modern collide in this springtime estate wedding from By The Robinsons. When the bride loves all things vintage and the groom loves modern geometric shapes, you end up with an elegant blend of both styles that is easy to fall in love with. A pink and blue color palette was the perfectly quintessential vibe for spring and complemented Garianne and Matthew’s style well. Paper goods covered with Art Deco inspired prints were the perfect choice to combine their two loves, and the couple even had a Mad Men styled old fashioned scotch bar, complete with hand-rolled cigars for guests to enjoy. We think you’re going to love this vintage, modern fete!

Garianne wanted a truly vintage feel to her wedding and she wanted guests to enjoy all the Estate House had to offer which includes a historic home and pristine grounds. We had vintage lounges for guests to relax in, a typewriter for friends and family to leave notes to the couple, and an old fashioned scotch bar (very Mad Men style!) for the men to enjoy with their hand-rolled cigars. Matthew, the groom, really loves geometric shapes and clean lines so while we had a vintage feel going on, we wanted threw in little details like rectangular white tables with navy blue printed placemats to pull in a bit of the modern geometric lines that Mathew loves. Top it all off with a few crystal chandeliers and a sweets bar made up of family recipes and you have a perfectly unique mix of details that represent the love the Matthew and Garianne share!
