“Ashley + JD first reached out to me about beginning their wedding planning process, about 4-months prior to their event. From the start, they knew two things. 1. – Rosemary Beach would be the perfect wedding venue for them. 2. – They wanted the day to be “quaint, intimate, fun and personalized through their design details.” With the help of Florals by the Sea and Townsend Catering Company, we were able to create an event that reflected these wishes for the Bride and Groom.

The wedding day was absolutely beautiful and focused on family and celebration. Pastor Jack Hankins worked closely with Ashley + JD, to create a very personal and meaningful service at the Rosemary Beach Town Hall, which included Communion celebrated with the entire congregation and special vows which JD offered to Ashley’s son, Jett. For their Eastern Green reception, a 3-course dinner at one long banquet-style farm table celebrated the newlyweds, while bringing to life Ashley’s vision of a large family dinner. Following dinner, guests packed the dance floor to celebrate the new couple to the sounds of Big Bling and the Funk Machine.”

“I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed working with Ashley, JD, Jett and both of their families. The event can truly be summed up in 2 words…love and family. The wedding was amazing and a celebration of these two aspects of their life. And for me, it was so rewarding to get to know this beautiful couple and watch the beginning of their story unfold as a new family. They weren’t just planning a beautiful destination wedding. They were planning a new life together as a family. And this is one of the most rewarding things you can see in my job. Congratulations! We adore you!”
