A Classic Blush & Silver Outdoor Miami Wedding

Set along the water, overlooking Biscayne Bay, the historic home of The Deering Estate offered a beautiful setting for Patricia and Josh’s classically romantic outdoor Miami wedding day. We love the incredible joy and celebration that The Ganeys captured throughout this couple’s beautiful wedding day.

Once Patricia and Josh arrived at the estate, they opted for a first look tucked under the lush tropical foliage and towering palms. Their first look offered a secluded and intimate moment as they shared a tight embrace and a prayer together that made for an incredibly special moment as they started their day together. Their ceremony, performed by the groom’s childhood pastor, had beautiful views of the clear blue bay, framed with palms. We love that they exchanged their vows under a gorgeous floral arch created by Landy’s Flowers by Gerardo, and Josh even said his vows in Spanish, Patricia’s native language. We love that he wanted to celebrate their love in such a special way!

As guests entered the reception, they were greeted with a classically romantic style with crisp whites, blush blooms, and a touch of silver shimmer. They dined under a canopy of cafe lights and paper lanterns that created a touch of romance as they celebrated under the stars. We love the party that ensued once the sun set over the day, and the live band kept the dance floor full throughout the evening.

One of our favorite moments of Josh and Patricia’s reception, was when Patricia’s family joined the dance floor in traditional Colombian attire. It is evident that this wedding was quite the celebration, and we love how you can just see the joy radiate through these beautiful images!
