Ingredients
- 2 Medium size ripe tomatoes
- 16 oz package of fresh mozzarella cheese (can be pre-sliced)
- Fresh Basil
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Slice tomatoes and mozzarella in 1/4" slices. Stack tomato slice, mozzarella slice, and basil leaf on your preferred serving plate. Drizzle balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil over stacks, add salt and pepper to taste.
