Why do you see yourself as being Modern, Vintage, Classic, or Eclectic?
I create designs that reflect you as a couple. What I create will still stand the test of time, but the look is fresh + happy!
What is your favorite wedding detail you've ever seen or created?
I love doing day-of paper for couples because each wedding requires different elements! My favorite to date are coasters that guests put on top of their drinks to let the waiters know they were dancing and not done with their drink. It was something that was functional, fun, and turned into a great photo op!
What is your favorite store or brand?
Just one?! Anthropologie.
What advice do you have for a newly engaged bride?
When dreaming up your wedding, remember that this day is supposed to celebrate this time in your life, not the rest of your life. It's good to include details that celebrate who you are as a couple now. It's something to look back on and remember over the years when you grow as a couple.
What is your favorite thing about weddings?
How much heart couples put into it now. Gone are the days where we just picked things out from one store and planning was done. Now brides + grooms can infuse so much of their personalities into the big day!
What qualities do you possess that enable you to work well with brides and grooms?
I'm a creative person of course, but I'm also a nerdy organizer. As part of my services, I keep brides on track with timing, etiquette, and so much more. This way, couples can focus on the fun parts of the stationery design product and leave the nitty-gritty (mostly) to me!
What steps do you take to ensure that your clients will have amazing wedding days when working with you?
I always say that I create wedding paper stories. In a perfect world, that means starting with save the dates, then invitations, and finally day-of paper. We start a look that is cohesive and thoughtful, and carry it through every step of your stationery.
