Why do you see yourself as being Modern, Vintage, Classic, or Eclectic?
I love designing weddings that you can look back on and not tell what year they were from. I love details not for the sake of details, but that they tell the story of the couple and contribute to the overall design and vibe of the wedding. To me that is classic and timeless.
What is your favorite wedding detail you've ever seen or created?
A tent wedding we did with hanging flowers, wood tables and flowers that came directly from a farmer.
What is your favorite store or brand?
What advice do you have for a newly engaged couple?
Enjoy being engaged! Don't rush into wedding planning right away. Once you start planning, set your priorities first so you know what is most important to you and your partner.
What is your favorite thing about weddings?
Working with clients that trust my expertise and judgement and let me create a wedding they love.
What qualities do you possess that enable you to work well with brides and grooms?
I am a very good listener, I listen more than I talk especially in the initial consult. I want to learn who they are as a couple so that I can a wedding that reflects them and their relationship.
What steps do you take to ensure that your clients will have amazing wedding days when working with you?
I am very proactive in communicating, as most of my clients live out of the area, being clear, concise and very open with communication is very important to ensure that the planning process goes well. On the wedding day we go above and beyond if needed to ensure the wedding day goes smoothly and the couple enjoys the day!
