Why do you see yourself as being Modern, Vintage, Classic, or Eclectic?
I find our natural style to be more on the Modern style. However, one of the best things about being a wedding planner is that we get to support ALL kinds of weddings and design styles!
What is your favorite wedding detail you've ever seen or created?
We recently did a wedding in an orchard and wrapped the trees around the dancefloor in twinkle lights (in addition to overhead cafe lights). It created the most intimate setting. Those are the details I love...special touches that make the event personal, loving, and intimate.
What is your favorite store or brand?
I would have to say it's a close tie between Crate & Barrel (GREAT basics), Pottery Barn (Lux textiles) and Restoration Hardware (AH-mazing details)
What advice do you have for a newly engaged bride?
Don't do any planning for the first 2 weeks! You will never be engaged again...once you start planning you are a bride. Enjoy and celebrate the proposal and the engagement. The planning can wait a (little) while.
What is your favorite thing about weddings?
Love showing up. Details come in a close second...but really it's the love.
What qualities do you possess that enable you to work well with brides and grooms?
My focus in this work is on relationships. I want you to KNOW that my team and I are going to do EVERYTHING we can to make your day perfect! I am hardworking, focused, detail oriented, fun, experienced and most importantly relational!
What steps do you take to ensure that your clients will have amazing wedding days when working with you?
I get to know their end game. I build trust and understand their vision, then work to pull the team together that will deliver it for them. No is not a word we use in our company. There are always options!
