And I asked some of the fabulous Every Last Vendor members to share their tips and expertise with us too…

“Everything will get done and be great and whatever doesn’t no one will ever know!” – Stephanie of Stephanie Reinish Photography

“Knowing and understanding what each vendor you have hired can and will do will allow you to understand how their job is more than just what you think, can be incredibly important. For example, your coordinator is there to make sure your day runs perfectly yes, but she also takes away an incredible amount of stress and allows you to truly enjoy your day and spend time with your bridesmaids and family in the morning so no one is running around making centerpieces. And your photographer is there to capture your day in photos but they also make you look amazing through a camera so you don’t have to worry about how you are standing or if something is out of place. Your vendors are so much more than just what their very basic level job is…. So stop stressing, take a deep breath, and know you have a team of wedding pros who are their to make your day amazing!” – Samm of Imprint Cinema

“Trust your planner and vendors. You have worked hard with your “team” for your special day to come together. Choosing the right vendors will make your day go as you envisioned. Turn everything over to your planner and vendors in advance and don’t wait till the last minute. Trust your team and they will take care of the rest!” – Nicole of NK Productions

“Don’t worry or stress about anything going wrong. If you are married to your best friend at the end of the day, your wedding was a success! Enjoy the day and soak up each moment, it will all go by in a flash!” – Rachel of Life In Bloom

“Pause throughout your day to soak it all in. Remember the faces of your family and friends who came to celebrate you and let yourself feel overwhelmingly loved. And focus on what matters–you’re starting a new beginning with the person you love!” – Kristine of Kristine Aletha Weddings

“All of the stress, the tears, the long 2am nights planning and working on guest lists – all of it will be worth it the morning after your wedding day, and something deep has changed within you two. Waking up to your husband or wife the next morning? All of the planning makes it worth it for that first glance and realization that yes, we did it.

On your wedding day, stop being the planner. The florist. This is your day to pamper yourself. Delegate, delegate, delegate. Don’t be afraid to scrap last minute details or plans you haven’t accomplished. Ultimately – will it truly make a difference? As long as you and your partner, your officiant, and your photographer (who can double as a witness!) are there – you can get married. Everything else is icing on the wedding cake.” – Stephanie of Ahava Studios

“Be organized and have your ducks in a row so come wedding day, finaly payment have been made, tips are allotted in envelopes, etc. Makes for a stress-free wedding day!” – Mikkel of Mikkel Paige Photography

“Hire people you trust and love. If you have a great team, you won’t worry about whether they’ll actually do a good job!” – Elisa of Events By Elisa
