Happy Monday everyone! I am currently freezing my BEHIND off here in St. Louis… but the good news is that I braved the cold to do a photo shoot for you all with some fabulous ELV pros! :) Oh and here’s some even BETTER news… this week is ELD’s blogiversary week! Yep, blogiversary- as in blog anniversary! This Wednesday will officially be the 2 year anniversary/birthday of Every Last Detail! It’s absolutely crazy to think back and see how far I’ve come, and still even crazier to know that this- blogging- is now my full time job! :) It’s all thanks to all of you though, so to thank you, I have a few things up my sleeve! First up… I’ll be posting weddings EVERY DAY this week! I usually only post weddings 3 times a week, but I figured I would do something special and smother you all with awesome weddings! And I have a few more surprises this week too, so you’ll want to come back every day so you don’t miss out on them! :)
To start off this week of “celebration”, I have a gorgeous wedding from The Schultzes for you all. This pink and green wedding took place at the Duke Mansion and is just filled with southern charm! And of course the amazing photos are a nice little treat for our eyes to enjoy as well! So go on and enjoy!
Oh how I LOVE a classic sparkler exit! There’s really nothing like it- although let me tell you… it is quite a feat to corral drunk guests outside to make the exit happen! A quick piece of advice based on that- if you want to have some sort of exit, I definitely recommend having a planner! Add that to the list of reasons why you should have a wedding planner. ;) I don’t know about you, but I am loving the pink flowers and all of the silver mercury glass! A little bit of vintage mixed in with a classic southern style makes for a gorgeous wedding! A big thank you to The Schultzes for sharing this wedding with us!
