Paper To Love: Southern Fete Creative

I’m obsessed with wedding invitations and save the dates. I think they’re somewhat like a “window” into what your wedding is going to be like. When I saw Valerie’s new line of invitations, I knew that I definitely wanted to share them with you all! Here are some words about Southern Fete Creative that Valerie sent me:

Southern Fete Creative, formerly known as Butterscotch Press, was created after seeing brides struggle to find a fresh and modern invitation within their budget. As a wedding planner, I am constantly working with brides to create affordable weddings without sacrificing style. Why should their invitations be any different? I graduated in journalism and had a lot of experience with designing for newspapers and magazines so I knew creating what these girls wanted was possible. With out new collection, our aim is for brides to find one invitation that makes them say “I couldn’t put into words what I wanted, but this is IT!”

We have five collections, each inspired by different things. Butterscotch Collection, inspired by bright, colorful candies; Flora Collection, inspired my nature, Monarch Collection, inspired all these formal like family crests; Magazine Collection, inspired by actual magazine covers; and Polaroid Collection, inspired by your engagement pictures!

They’re all so gorgeous! I love how there is a mix between classic and modern designs. Oh, and Valerie recently got engaged! So congratulations are in order for Valerie for the launch of Southern Fete Creative, and for her engagement! Congratulations Valerie!!!
