Soft white sand and a watercolor sunset was the perfect backdrop for this Florida beach wedding. Shelly and Travis’ day beautifully reflected the serene setting where they said their “I Dos” among family and friends. We love the cool lavender hues that provided a soft contrast to the white sandy beaches. They carried the white tones through to the reception tables with soft textured linens and all white centerpiece vessels and chargers, providing a beautifully modern look to their tablescapes. Watercolor detailing across all of the paper pieces, especially the little flamingo at at the top of the menu card and the watercolor monogramed coasters on top of each charger plate, were a few of our favorite touches. Such a fun and simple detail that really made their place settings pop! Olimb Photography captured the sweet smiles, great joy, and special details from this beautiful coastal wedding, and we can’t wait for you to see!

What (or who) helped you most in your planning process and/or on your wedding day?

Stephanie Tate at Savoir Faire was my coordinator and she helped me through the entire process.

What was the most important thing to you when deciding who to work with for your wedding?

I depended on Word of mouth. Stephanie came highly recommended and she was worth every penny. She’s very calm but pays attention to detail.

What was your inspiration for your wedding details and/or design?

I love the beach and the color purple and lots of flowers. Highway 30A has been my “happy place” for a long time.

What is your best piece of advice for other brides?

Relax, stay calm and don’t go overboard at the last minute and spend money on things that no one notices.

We love the simplicity of this wedding style, and feel that the mostly white reception with hints of purple and pink provided a really calming and modern feel to the space.

What colors are you planning to use in your wedding design, and what kind vibe do you feel like it will give to your day?
