Um, seriously? It’s Friday already? Oh wait- it’s May?! Where the heck are the days going?! You’d think sitting in front of the computer all day long would mean days go by slowly, but nope. The days are shorter than they were before I was doing ELD full time! [On that note, keep an eye out for a fun announcement a little later today!!]

Anyways, Friday means another Detail To Love, and Detail To Love means something that I most likely found on Pinterest. I am VERY much a fan of having menus at weddings and events because I know from experience that having no idea what you’re about to put into your mouth is not exactly the most pleasant experience. So I most definitely saved “pinned” these paper bag menus when I saw them.

This would be PERFECT if you have some sort of dessert or candy bar- guests just fill up the bag with their goodies to take home! Super awesome. I love it. I just love cool menus in general.

Anyone planning on doing a cool, unique menu like this for their wedding? Whatcha doing? :)

In LOOOOVE! so simple, so CUTE!

  2. Amie Baker- Full Bloom Moments

This is a clever idea, I like it. I am sure some of the guests will appreciate not having to use their purse to sneak out a treat for later :)

Great idea! I don’t have menu plans. everything will be pretty much pre-decided. I wonder if I should still create a menu for the table? I never remember what I picked to eat at weddings.

Kirby, it is a good idea to have menus at the wedding just so guests know what they’re eating. It’s nice to know what the sides are and what is in them, and yes, just about everyone forgets what they put on their RSVP card for their meal selection :)

I think grooms would go for these as well, Lauren – everyone loves a throwback to the bag lunch. very practical and unique.

OH, LOVE THIS IDEA SO MUCH! HOW CUTE WOULD IT BE TO PUT A VASE OF FLOWERS IN THE MENU BAG AND USE IT AS A CENTERPIECE INSTEAD?!!!
