I’m all about ways to have a “guest book” without guests having to sign an *actual* guest book. I’m also all about actually having something for guests to “sign” because I forgot it for my own wedding! So of course I’m always looking out for new ways to do “guest sign in”- or as I like to call it, avoiding a guest book. ;)
This one was of course spotted on Pinterest from a wedding by one of my favorite designers, Jesi Haack. “Guest Message Puzzle” as I apparently like to call it. Puzzle pieces for your guests to leave you a little message on! How fun! After the wedding, you and your new husband can put it all together, and then have it framed in whatever special way puzzles are framed! (There is a special way for puzzles to be frames, right?)

I do believe I actually have one of my lovely brides to thank for finding this! She was thinking about doing something like this, but decided to go with vintage postcards instead. :)
What are some other cool ways to avoid a “guest book”? I have lots more saved up!

Really like the puzzle idea!!!!
Oh how I love this idea, anything that’s a bit quirky and interactive gets my vote every time really helps to break the ice.
I just adore this idea! What a fun activity for the couple after their big day, as well!
Any idea where to get the puzzle pieces?
If you search on Google for “blank puzzle pieces” a few options will come up! :)
You’ll have to keep me posted on whether or not another bride does this once… such a cool idea.
We did this and guests loved it! We actually bought ours from Bella Puzzles and her custom make it into the shape of mexico (where we whad our destination wedding!) We will have it framed in a shadow box so 1) we don’t lose the pieces and 2) so we can be reminded every day of the love we were surrounded by that day! xo
