Classic Southern Monogram Wedding Invitations

Y’all know how much we ADORE wedding details (it’s in our name after all!), but what you might not realize yet is how much we’re drawn to stationery. From black-tie to backyard, these pretty paper pieces introduce your personalities, set the tone for your wedding, and welcome guests into your ideal wedding style! They say a photo is worth a thousand words, and we think wedding paper – and the details it inspires – might just be worth even more. So, we’re starting a new series! We’ll be sharing some of the stationery suites that we just can’t stop thinking about from the ones who know them best, The V List designers behind each piece!

Today, we’re thrilled to introduce you to this super pretty (and oh-so-preppy!) pineapple suite by Amanda Day Rose, captured by Hope Taylor Photography. Amanda is happily based in North Carolina, and she not only designs some of the prettiest stationery but she’s also an incredible florist. Her elegant and timeless suite created for Katelyn and Bill represents classic southern style to the highest degree! Katelyn and Bill planned the sweetest southern celebration and wanted their invitation suite and wedding day stationery to ooze with Southern details. They knew they wanted a traditional Southern monogram, so I created a unique monogram with pineapple leaves at the top to signify Southern hospitality. We used the pineapple throughout the suite to continue the Southern hospitality theme. Finally, we worked with their gorgeous navy, gold, and ivory color palette to tie all the details together. We used these same details and color palette throughout their wedding day stationery – all the way down to their custom monogrammed cake topper!
