Wow, this is the second Tennessee wedding this week! I swear, I didn’t do it on purpose, and no, the state of Tennessee is not paying me to showcase their weddings. ;) We’ve just gotten lucky with fabulous TN submissions!
This rustic, vintage wedding from Krystal Mann of The Collection is awesome. The colors are gorgeous, with a few peacock feather details thrown in. There are some amazing vintage and DIY details too. I don’t want to give it all away- see for yourself!
I for one am IN LOVE with the venue, Cedarwood. Old church windows and pews for the ceremony and tons of vintage tables? At a venue? How many places can say that?! I just might have to find a way to go there one day, because it’s my new favorite place. Oh and can’t forget about the the table names- love them! Can I just please have it all?
A big thanks to Krystal Mann for doing such a great job capturing all of the gorgeousness of this wedding and sharing with us!
I’ve been hearing that “gold is coming back” a lot lately. And it seems kind of true to me. I love my gray and silvers, but I think now it’s been used SO much, that gold is indeed starting to make a comeback in weddings. So how about purple and gold? I don’t know why I never thought about it before- it’s gorgeous together! So so elegant and glamorous.
Row 1: Placesetting, Gold shoes, Candleabra, Purple shoes
Row 2: Bouquet, Bridesmaids, Table, Chandeliers
Row 3: Chandelier, Placesetting, Bout, Photobooth backdrop
Oh wow, I really like this. I didn’t think I would, but once I put it all together…it’s love! This just might be another possible inspiration shoot! Is anyone doing purple and gold for their wedding? What do you all think?

This adorable Tennessee wedding from Team Rhodes Weddings is pretty fantastic. (Did I just say fantastic? Weird. I don’t say fantastic.) Handmade garland, lace wrapped mason jars, oh, and a pretty awesome brooch bouquet.
I love how the bridesmaids are all wearing different colored dresses, but they still all match so very nicely! I just love these simplistic, handmade country weddings! Thanks for sharing with us Team Rhodes!

This wedding was sent to us by Ashton Events, an event planning company out of Lakeland, Florida. The gorgeous photography is by Blue Kite Photography, a photographer based out of North Carolina, where the bride is from.
A few words from the planner, Laura: “I think the rustic/vintage/whimsical nature of this wedding provide a lot of charming details. We used crates, ferns, and old lamps to mark off the dance floor. We had pictures of both their families on the same table of their picture frame that everyone signed. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous, and the centerpieces played off of them beautifully. And how can you go wrong with mason jars, burlap, candles, and wood?! The end of the night was spectacular, capped off with a gorgeous display of fireworks, and a golf cart getaway!”
I love the vintage feel to this whole wedding- from the bride’s dress to the chalkboard signs. Great work Ashton Events! Thank you for sharing with us!
