Can you imagine flying 350 of your friends and family to the Bahamas to celebrate your wedding day on a private island? It sounds like a dream, but for Kimmie and Alan it was their incredible reality. Kimmie’s family owns Kamalame Cay, a small island in the Bahamas, and the pair immediately knew where they would celebrate with their guests. Honestly, who wouldn’t?!
Her brother and his partner, plus her parents and wedding planner, Donna Anderson, planned the entire celebration from the ceremony on the beach to the reception tent filled solely with foliage, shells, and more foraged from the island by Cays & Co. Complete with shades of turquoise (the color of the beautiful ocean!), ivory, and green, today’s wedding is one of the prettiest and most relaxed I’ve ever seen (Kimmie is just so calm – take note, friends!). I’m safely obsessed with every last luxurious detail captured by Lyndah Wells Photography. Your day is not complete if you have not taken a peek at this couple’s wedding day!
