When our friends at Ashton Events told us about the modern copper and green holiday party they were creating, we instantly knew that it was going to be amazing. After perusing the photos, we can attest to the amazingness- as you will see below! And while this was a general holiday party, we think that a wedding in these colors with the same modern style and copper accents would be absolutely perfect! The images captured by Jordan Weiland Photography are sure to give you tons of inspiration as we head into the upcoming Christmas weekend- enjoy, and happy holidays!
We asked Laura of Ashton Events about the inspiration behind this design, and this is we love what she had to say:
The inspiration behind this design came from wanting to bring an unconventional twist to the standard “red & green” Christmas decor. We used a blend of different greens and brought in copper as our only metallic. We loved how the variation of neutrals balanced out the greens- and it was a fun surprise to see that “Greenery” had been announced as 2017’s Pantone Color of the year the week previously. The velvet ribbon ties on the copper mugs gave the perfect pop of color to the place settings.
