I recently attended a conference in Las Vegas with several other Aisle Society wedding bloggers, and the amazing Venetian graciously hosted us so we could experience all that they have to offer. In addition to partaking in the luxurious, Italy inspired hospitality, our focus was also to do research for couples who may be looking to get married at The Venetian. Whether you’re eloping, wanting an intimate wedding with family and friends, or planning a destination wedding, Las Vegas is an excellent choice to begin with. The options are practically endless, and if you find the right place and work with the right people, you can have just about anything you want.
The fabulous thing about The Venetian, though, is that it doesn’t feel like you’re Vegas. Designed to be reminiscent of the beautiful Italian seaside town Venice, The Venetian exudes luxury, tradition, and beauty like none other. Multiple Wedding Locations
We all know that having options is an incredibly important part of your wedding. One of my personal favorite aspects of The Venetian is that they have multiple locations available for your wedding ceremony and reception. Your ceremony can take place on a bridge overlooking the “Grand Canal”, with a backdrop of a waterfall, in an intimate chapel, or my favorite- in a gorgeous, lush Italian garden. If you prefer the traditional, there are ballrooms and restaurants available for your reception as well. Of course every single location is gorgeously inspired by Italy- you would never even know that you were in Vegas!
Dedicated Planners
When you choose to get married at The Venetian, you’re not just on your own. The Venetian has dedicated planners who will help you with all aspects of your wedding at their property. From a place to get ready and have your hair and makeup done, to taking you where you need to go and decorating your suite- they will be there for you! I was able to speak with one of the planners at The Venetian, and she said that they can even help you find a wedding dress at the last minute! How amazing is that?! And as someone who is very picky about wedding planning services, I was very pleased to hear all that the planners at The Venetian do for their couples. You won’t have to worry about a thing- and that’s what eloping or a destination wedding is all about!
In-House Florals
Another amazing aspect about The Venetian is that they have a fabulous in-house floral design department! We actually were able to tour the whole floral department and interview their lead floral designer. The options really are endless when it comes to the florals you can have them create for your wedding (seasonality taken into consideration of course). They have a while warehouse full of vases and containers, a giant floral cooler that is stocked to the brim every day, and they even have a special farm that grows their own roses! You won’t have to be limited to the same old cookie-cutter designs commonly associated with eloping. To me, making sure that you can get what you love and what you want is incredibly important, and I was so happy to hear that The Venetian’s in-house floral team will bend over backwards to make their couples’ dreams come true.
And we of course can’t forget about the amazing luxury that The Venetian provides in general. Each and every room at The Venetian is a suite, complete with a living area- I mean, who has ever said that they had too much space in a hotel room? The restaurants available to you are phenomenal, and you can’t go wrong with Carlo’s Bakery providing your wedding cake (or cupcakes, or pies, or whatever you want)! Above all else, if you are considering getting married in Vegas (whether it’s eloping or doing a destination wedding), look no further than The Venetian. Your experience will be unforgettable- exactly what your wedding day should be!
