A Modern Eclectic Pink and Blue New Jersey Wedding

Hello everyone! I am so excited to share this lovely New Jersey wedding from Saltwater Studios with you all today! It’s bright, eclectic, and so much fun! I just love how this couple infused so much of their personalities into their wedding day. It truly created an atmosphere that anyone would have been happy to be a part of!

What (or who) helped you most in your planning process and/or on your wedding day?

I think the most helpful thing in planning the wedding was using Pinterest and online wedding sites.

What was your inspiration for your wedding details and/or design?

I found a lot of inspiration on Pinterest, and was inspired when we booked our venue Congress Hall- the hotel has an old fashioned yet hip vibe that we loved.

What was your favorite thing about your wedding?

My favorite thing about our wedding was the ballroom. When I walked in and saw the Tiffany blue walls and black and white checkerboard floor I was hooked. Tiffany blue is my favorite color and it inspired a lot of my decor. I also really loved my pink shoes and beautiful bouquet!

What is your best piece of advice for other brides?

My piece of advice is to not micromanage everything. If you have had good communication with your vendors and really shared with them what you want, on the big day just let them do their job. They are professionals and your job is to relax, have fun and take it all in because it flies by so fast.

I just love her advice to brides!Your wedding day does go by so fast and you definitely want to make sure you can relax and just have a great time! For my wedding, I was able to relax because I knew I had hired the best wedding vendors out there to take care of me, my day, and all the planning too!
