We’re turning to a more feminine style for our 12 Days of Christmas Tabletops inspired by the song, 12 Days of Christmas, with “9 Ladies Dancing”. We’ve seen elegant, rustic, and masculine styles, and we love the icy femininity that this table presents.
Lace details, soft colors, simple white blooms tucked around flickering candles- we love the simplicity and elegance of this style. Enjoy the beautiful details crafted by Ashton Events and Treasury Rentals as they were captured by Jenna Nicole Photography.
Laura from Ashton Events:
“We really wanted to focus on a delicate feminine style with this look since many of our designs have taken on a masculine tone for this series. With a theme of Ladies Dancing, we loved the idea of a light, almost icy color palette with a romantic glow. Mercury glass votives, pillar candles, fluffy blooms and lace details helped us achieve a whimsical feel that reminded us of ballet dancers moving with grace and poise.”
Emily from Treasury Rentals:
“The simplicity and elegance created with the icy tones and feminine textures really carried the beauty of this style. We chose to keep the place settings simple and neutral as a way to compliment this rather minimal style. White dinner plates with gray salad plates allowed the beautiful texture of the linen and lace detailing of the napkin to really stand out, while our gold flatware picked up the shimmering metallic of the mercury glass votives. We love that Laura added a cluster of mini ornaments into the champagne coupes that were placed on the plates as a way to add a little pop of whimsy and color to the table.”
What do you think so far? Do you have a favorite Christmas table style yet? So many unique looks are ahead, so make sure you check back as we continue to the celebration.
Make sure you catch all of the other looks in this series as we celebrate the countdown to Christmas Day!
