A colorful and playful style was the heart behind this look in the 12 Days of Christmas Tabletops series. Bold pops of color, shimmering ornaments, and an elegant upgrade to child-like details makes this a Christmas “kids table” that we’re jumping to sit at!

Playing off the “V” formation in flight patterns of geese, Ashton Events and Treasury Rentals played with geometric shapes within the design as they hit the mark with today’s 6 Geese a Laying theme. Make sure you catch the details behind this cheerful design captured by Jenna Nicole Photography.

Emily from Treasury Rentals:

“When deciding to incorporate geometric shapes and “V” patterns, we knew we had just the pieces! We chose our Copper Wren chargers and Copper Geometric Diamonds as the grounding pieces of decor from our collection. The Wren Chargers a modern and fun, while adding in a repeating “V” pattern, and building off this style brought us to adding in our copper flatware, standard white plates, and a pop of pink on the salad plates. Pairing our bright pink goblets tied in the varying pink hues in this playful design.”

Laura from Ashton Events:

“An explosion of color was a fun way to make this table really stand out, and we love how easily you could create something similar for your own table for Christmas dinner, in this palette or any color pairing you prefer. Creating a centerpiece with a copper lantern filled with pink metallic and glittery bulb ornaments, paired with geometric shapes and bright yellow taper candles, we were able to create a simple and eclectic look for our table. We wanted to make sure that the pink in this design didn’t make the table feel overly feminine, and incorporating the kiwi green linen and pops of yellow created a very playful and child-like tablescape.”

We are big fans of bright and bold colors around here, so we are obviously loving this style. Now, just if we could snag some of those macarons from Katara Confectionery that gave a pretty pop of blue on the plates.

What do you think? Would you take the leap to a colorful Christmas tabletop?

Make sure you catch all of the other looks in this series as we celebrate the countdown to Christmas Day!
